During the trip, Ross Kitchen began acting uneasy until he suddenly lashed out inside the vehicle and later on the street, causing serious injuries to 56-year-old Kadir Bicer, according to the Istanbul Prosecutor’s Office. The taxi’s cameras captured the fighter behaving erratically moments before launching the assault.
In court, Kitchen said he suffered a panic attack and genuinely believed he was being abducted, denying any intent to rob the driver. Authorities are considering charges that could put him behind bars for up to 33 years, while the case continues to spark debate and disbelief due to the scale of the confrontation.
